Every'ting' Irie!

16 The High Street,

So it's a Saturday, time for a bi-monthly catch up with some girlfriends. The weather outside is cold, miserable and on an empty stomach I too was feeling the exact same way.

Stuck on where to eat, being the foodie of the group I suggested we try out Turtle Bay following a recommendation from Alex of All4Thoughts.

Flavours & Fun?...

CocoBamboo a rural family restaurant on a exotic island between South America and the Caribbean, yet right in the centre of Camden.

After being stared at for a very awkward 30 seconds by the bar tender, we informed him that we were here to eat. ‘Coco Bamboo - Bar and Restaurant right?’

For this weeks pick, we decided to visit another continent and take on Rhythm Kitchen.

Hidden at the back of the Food Court at Stratford Westfield, we often bypass it this place, dubious of the food served. Caribbean food has many variations based on where in the Caribbean the food is cooked however; us Island girls thought we’d go for a bite anyway. As we approached Rhythm Kitchen and looked at the menu, it was full of tasty options, great meal deals and Caribbean favourites. Not that we are particularly fussy eaters but one of our hesitation reasons lie in rice and peas. This classic, for us, can be ruined by long grain rice instead of basmati.
