As the saying goes, “If it aint broke, don’t fix it” and Afternoon Tea at ME London is exactly that. With their delicate and seasonal array of sandwiches, teas and sweet treats, it’s hard to stay away.

Heading to ME London this weekend was an even sweeter treat as Sarah Barber (head pastry chef) put on a life size edible shoe display in conjunction with London Fashion Week. 

This time, we chose a combination of regular and Chai Tea, and especially as the weather was a little overcast this afternoon, they set the pace perfectly before the champagne (always turnin’ up).

The London Fashion Week themed Afternoon Tea was quaint and detailed, edible cushions and lipstick aided to the ‘chic’ factor Afternoon Tea ironically has. Outside of this specialised menu, Sarah bought over some of her own personal delicacies and an assortment of fun flavoured macaroons, bubblegum being an absolute favourite.
